Gesundheit Österreich GmbH (GÖG) endeavors to ensure that its Websites in accordance with the Federal Act on Barrier-free Access to Websites and mobile applications of the federal government (Web Accessibility Act - WZG) BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended, in implementation of the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016 on barrier-free access to the internet. Websites and mobile applications of public authorities (Official Journal L 327 of 2.12.2016, p. 1) to be made accessible.

These Website is largely incompatible with conformance level AA of the "Guidelines for accessible web content Web - WCAG 2.1" or with the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08).
We plan to successively rectify those deficiencies that are editorially feasible. We intend to gradually rectify defects that require programming effort, depending on the availability of personnel and budget.

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints via the Contact form of the complaints office complaints electronically.
The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with the accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG must make recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies.
