1.1 Declaration on accessibility

Gesundheit Österreich GmbH (GÖG) endeavours to ensure that its websites comply with the Federal law on barrier-free access to federal websites and mobile applications (Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz, WZG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 59/2019, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016, p. 1).

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.pflege.gv.at
 

1.2 Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is largely incompatible with conformance level AA of the "Guidelines for accessible web content Web - WCAG 2.1" or with the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08).
We plan to successively rectify those deficiencies where editorially feasible. We intend to gradually rectify defects that require programming effort, depending on the availability of personnel and budget.

1.6 Enforcement procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response through the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office’s complaints form.
The FFG reviews complaints to determine whether they concern violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular non-compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution under its responsibility.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG must make recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies.
