This website is operated by Gesundheit Österreich GmbH (GÖG), Stubenring 6, 1010 Vienna. Gesundheit Österreich GmbH is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
We are committed to the protection of your personal data. Gesundheit Österreich GmbH therefore processes your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2021). In order to fully inform you about the use of personal data, we ask you to take note of the following data protection information.
Collection of personal data
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored electronically by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry.
The website does not create any personal user profiles.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 165 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Web analysis
Our website uses functionalities of the web analysis software Matomo. This software allows us to analyse website usage using non-identifiable data of its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to our servers and stored there.
The stored data is fully anonymised, not-identifiable and correlates only within a short period of time (one session/use of the site; no recognition on the next visit). It is therefore not personal and does not fall inside the scope of GDPR.
The user data is stored indefinitely.

Your rights
You have the right to be informed about your data, to access it, to request correction or deletion, to restrict its processing, to object, and to data portability.
If you believe that the processing of your data by GÖG violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
