A good way of thinking of it is to recognise that the reason you are getting older is because you are healthy enough to reach this age – and that's a good thing. Of course, not everyone has the same opportunities or circumstances. Your genetic makeup and certain general conditions are beyond your control. But you can still choose the lifestyle that works best for you.
