A positive attitude towards ageing is an important first step towards active and healthy ageing. Think along the lines of "I'm getting old because I'm healthy - and that's a good thing". Move away from negative opinions and thoughts about being old. Take care of yourself and your body so that you can remain independent and mobile for as long as possible. Not everyone has the same possibilities, opportunities and conditions. After all, you have no influence on your genetic makeup and certain general conditions. However, you are free to decide which lifestyle you want to pursue.
